I have always been driven by curiosity, working in analytical roles across economic and financial domains. I've spent a bit of time working with large economic datasets, building models, and uncovering patterns. When looking at the property market, one question stood out: why do some markets outperform, while others stagnate or decline?

That question sparked a journey. I consulted with other industry experts, and started digging into the data, not just prices, but deeper economic and social indicators that shape a suburbs trajectory. What I found was that with the right analysis, it's possible to identify which areas are likely to outperform, and which ones might be best avoided.
